Meditation Edinburgh is part of RWM Education Scotland, an organisation dedicated to making meditation available to as many people as possible.
Our goal is to help people find tools and techniques that can improve the quality of their daily life. Whether looking for a bit of a easy stress relief, or looking for ways to dramatically change their relationship with their mind and emotions; whether someone has no experience at all, or has been meditating for decades, we believe we can be of service.

Many years ago I took a three day course based on Stephen Covey's bestselling book - Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. I've taken and taught many personal development courses but this was one of the best.
The first day was spent covering the initial basics of 'being proactive', 'beginning with the end in mind', and 'putting first things first'. It all felt a little obvious and commonsensical and I wasn't really sure I should even go back for more. However I dragged my skeptical self in and on day two we looked at the next three habits which are to do with our relationship with others - 'think win-win', 'seek first to understand and then to be understood', and 'synergize'.
